ReliaTrain’s Proprietary Interest Policy

It is the policy of ReliaTrain to require instructors/subject matter experts to disclose his or her proprietary interest in any product, service, technology, or material discussed during ReliaTrain training events, and to disclose the source of any third-party compensation related to the presentation.

ReliaTrain does not endorse products or services of any kind during the online training events. This policy appears as a written requirement in the personal service contracts held with each ReliaTrain instructor and signed by ReliaTrain and the instructor.

This policy applies to employees of ReliaTrain and to individuals under contract to ReliaTrain for services in development, administration, instruction and delivery of ReliaTrain training events.

ReliaTrain’s Nondiscrimination Policy

ReliaTrain does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, pregnancy, age, height, weight, disability, national origin, marital status, veteran status or on any other factor protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. This nondiscrimination policy applies to compensation, recruitment, training, assignments, evaluations, discipline, and termination.

ReliaTrain’s Intellectual Property Policy

It is ReliaTrain’s policy that the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of third parties be respected and not infringed upon by ReliaTrain or any of its employees, independent contractors, or other persons acting on behalf of ReliaTrain.
